In The Beginning...

Simply Elegant Fudge began as a gift to my little girls in 2008. Tired of spending money on toys that break and items that are eventually forgotten, I wanted to give my girls something meaningful for Christmas, something that would never be lost or discarded. In our home, cooking is something we do as a family. It is common for us to gather together in the kitchen as we prepare dinner and discuss the events of our day as pots simmer on the stove. I could not think of a better gift to give my girls than something that would always remind them of all the happy times we spend creating meals and tasty treats in the kitchen, and so I decided that I would create recipes for them that they could add to their collections and pass on to their own children one day. That Christmas, I gave my girls the first fudge recipe titled, "Six Little Girls' Eggnog Fudge." That simple, yet meaningful gift was the beginning of something special. From that time forward, my girls and I have enjoyed the time spent dreaming up new fudge flavors, laughing over the unsuccessful batches, and most importantly, spending quality time together.

Each of our fudge flavors are based on mouth watering memories of holidays, summertime, tropical vacations and festivities. The fudge we make today is made with the finest, fresh ingredients and thoroughly tested by eager friends and family before we give it our stamp of approval. Our gourmet fudge is layered with flavors and textures not found in ordinary fudge, and this is what makes it unique and unforgettable.
